“Experiment” has been my constant companion.
The Spin was created unexpectedly after iterations of doing, trying, failing, and its function also mirrors that of experimentation-to explore and to innovate.
Engaging with the Spin, users insert their works into the system, and through the lens of light, they can see their work in a reproduction version. Each work has its unique color, defined by B-G-B, these colors determine the spinning speed of the sphere.
By breathing a new life into their work, they give themself an opportunity to try “unknown” thingsxplore new aesthetic territories and understand themselves as a designer.
